She is flanked by her husband, Jared Kushner, who wears a white shirt with beige trousers and trainers, while their three children ride scooters slightly ahead of them.

Their sunny stroll belies a controversy-filled week for Donald Trump, who skipped the latest GOP debates and continued to barrel through his myriad legal battles

In the latest development in Trump’s legal entanglements, New York Judge Arthur Engoron this week ruled the former president was liable for business fraud.

The 77-year-old also skipped the latest GOP debates – though he still managed to come out top without even making an appearance according to a DailyMail.com poll, letting his competitors rip into each other instead.

His eldest daughter Ivanka – who also served as a senior adviser to her father during his White House tenure – appeared unperturbed alongside her family at the weekend.

It comes three days after an appeals court rejected Donald Trump’s bid to delay a civil trial in a lawsuit brought by New York’s attorney general – meaning the case is allowed to proceed.

A few days before, another judge ruled the former president committed years of fraud and stripped him of several companies as punishment.

The decision, by the state’s intermediate appellate court, clears the way for Judge Arthur Engoron to preside over a non-jury trial starting Monday in Manhattan in New York Attorney General Letitia James’ civil lawsuit.

The fraud ruling Tuesday threatens to upend his real estate empire and force him to give up prized New York properties such as Trump Tower, a Wall Street office building, golf courses and a suburban estate.

Along with his other cases, the latest legal blow compounds a nightmare scenario for the former president as his court dates collide with key primary races in his bid to become the Republican presidential nominee.

The hits have been piling on the former president, including when a federal judge in Washington, D.C. set a March 5 trial date for his case involving interference in the 2020 election results.

That date is the day before the Super Tuesday – one of the biggest dates on the primary schedule.
