Milwaukee bar promises to pay off people’s tabs if Aaron Rodgers loses any game he starts for the Jets

Aaron Rodgers’ departure from the Green Bay Packers still leaves a sour taste in the mouths of Wisconsinites – and one Milwaukee bar is hoping to quench their thirst for revenge.

Jack’s American Pub, located in the city’s Lower East Side, is promising to cover their patron’s tabs whenever Rodgers starts for the Jets and loses.

It’s a tempting and potentially costly promotion – as Milwaukee is one of the thirstiest cities in the United States.

But there is plenty of fine print to ensure that the bar doesn’t quickly go out of business this NFL season.

This promotion only applies if Rodgers a) starts for the Jets, b) the game doesn’t coincide with a Packers game, c) the tab is opened at least 15 minutes before kickoff, and d) you’re present for the entire game.

Additionally, any food ordered on the tab would not be covered under this promotion.

The first of those four requirements seems fairly straight forward – as Rodgers is set to be the starter for the Jets.

However, the 39-year-old could suffer a serious injury – like he did during the 2017 season.

Plus, there are only four times all year that the Packers and Jets play at the same time: Week 3, Week 8, Week 15, and Week 16.

But if that bet is ever cashed in, it could prove significantly costly. Wisconsin is home to ten of the 20 drunkest cities in America – with Milwaukee taking that last spot.

Jack’s must be hoping that the Jets win a whole bunch this season – something they’re projected to do by many outlets.

Sportsbooks have the Jets as the eighth favorites to win the Super Bowl at odds of +1800.
